Govinda Babu Poojari from Shirur Village, Byndoor Taluk was born in 1977 in a farming family as the son of Sri. Babu Poojari and Bijoor Chamana Hittu Manjamma. Govinda Babu Poojari, who grew up to be a successful businessman with constant perseverance, honesty, and commitment, has been a champion of the destitute of society for all his work. Hundreds have been involved in service, cultural and religious activities. Sri Varalakshmi Charitable Trust is helping the poor and needy students, the homeless, the elderly, the disabled, and other charities. Govinda Babu Poojari and his company have won over ten awards in recognition of their achievements .The most important of them are “ Saalu Marada Thimmakka Greenary Award” from Salumarada Thimmakka International Foundation, “Aaharodhyama Sadhana Award” from South Canara District Owners Association. “Yuva Sadhana Award” from Yuva Vahini Mangalore. “Sadhana Udyama Ratna Award ” from JCU Uppunda. “Vijaya Rathna Award 2022” from Vijayavani & Digvijaya News. “Indian leadership Award for Industrial Development” In Delhi. “Fastest Growing Enterprises Award” from BCCI Mumbai. “Yuva Sadhana Award” from Pune Bunts Association. “Quality Food Customer Satisfaction Award” from Delhi International Achievers Conference and many more… Govinda Babu Poojari and Mrs. Malathi Govinda Poojari have two adorable children, Prajwal and Pragnya. He is a man of professional passion, family responsibility and social concern. Govinda Babu Poojari has been involved in the social service sector for the past 10 years and has been supporting the educational, religious, cultural and sports sectors.
