Project Overview
We know the very best thing for a child is to be part of a loving family—it’s where they
thrive. That’s why everything we do as a children’s organisation is designed to accomplish
just that. Our goal is to replace childcare institutions with families for every child dreaming
of home. We believe that together, we can change the way we care for children and help
to get them into stable, loving, nurturing environments.
Services
Ashwini Angadi Trust in Bangalore runs a residential school for the visually impaired in
name of Belaku Academy. The main motive is to provide comprehensive education to
children struck bythe twin blows of visual impairment and poverty. This Academy came
under the spotlight of Dr. Govinda Babu Poojary, The Managing Trustee of Sri Varalakshmi
Charitable Trust who enthusiastically accomplished the fundamental needs. They were
contributed with an absolute kitchen set-up along with groceries and food supply for
3 months. In addition to this, Varalakshmi Charitable Trust also provided clothing and
other necessities to the Academy
